Owner & Chief Fitness Officer

As a certified Personal Trainer, my focus is to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals in a way that best fits your lifestyle and your unique needs.

As someone living with diabetes, I understand the need to be proactive about your health and fitness. I know first-hand that health and fitness are not always easy but working together we can build a plan that makes your goals a reality.

I truly believe life is all about balance. In my free time you might find me training for my next half marathon or drinking a beer - I am also a certified beer judge. I enjoy a wide range of hobbies such as cooking, gardening, sewing.

My goal is to have the most positive impact possible on the lives of m yclients, helping them to become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. I am currently working on the Active Aging Certificate and I specialize in helping people with chronic conditions.

Be prepared to be challenged and encouraged. I can't wait to meet you and get you started on the path to your best life…

Our Team
Why Project Phoenix

The Phoenix  – In times of doubt and confusion, it symbolizes strength, transformation and renewal. For only from the ashes of who we were, can we rise up to become who we’re meant to be.

The decision to become a personal trainer came after I suffered a major medical crisis that left me rebuilding my life from the ashes of the one before. In early 2018 I spent a week in a coma and through my rehabilitation I decided it was time for me to give up the rat race and start building something for my community.

Fast forward a few years and Project Phoenix is ready to work with you to achieve your goals and create the life you want for you and your family.
