The Biggest Healthy Living Mistake You Are Making

Do you know what one of the biggest mistakes you can make when it comes to healthy living?

Not taking action.

You know you want to do it. You are thinking about doing it. You are not sure if you are ready. So you sit on the fence and think and over think your choices.

The mistake here is that taking no action leads to no change.

It's better to take imperfect action and stumble along the way than to do nothing. If you fail use that as feedback, tweak your actions and try something new, just don't do nothing and never give up on yourself.

Start small and build on your progress. You don't need to change everything at once. Here are a few ideas to get you started on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

  • Take a short walk around the block will make you feel better - clear your head, get your blood pumping and help motivate you to keep going;

  • Maybe you would like to spend a few minutes meal planning to avoid the temptation of take-out;

  • Take 15 minutes, relax and meditate - clear your mind and refocus on what is most important to you;

  • Fins a short stretching routine on YouTube and feel the tension release as you stretch out those tight spots.

Commit to something new this week and doing something to take a small step towards a healthier lifestyle.
