Our programs are designed specifically for people like this to help them feel comfortable and help them get excited and energized so not only will they enjoy their workouts, they will stick with them.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS
Working out alone isn’t for everyone. Gather up a few friends and sweat it out together. Working both individually and as a team to get through each session. Grow stronger and more confident along the way.
Classes are for 3-4 participants.
Classes are 1 hour long and each session is 4 weeks long
$80 per person for 1 class per week
$140 per person for 2 classes per week
Group Fitness classes focus on a full body workout. Every class will include a mix of cardio, strength, flexibility and balance, core work and stretching. No two classes will ever be the same. Join with a friend or make some new friends in class as everyone works together in a challenging and encouraging environment.
Classes range from 6 to 16 participants.
Classes are 1 hour a week for 8 weeks
$120 per 8 class session
Individual attention to get you the results you are looking for. We will create a program specific to you, your capabilities and goals.
Per session = $55 per session
12 sessions = $600 ($50 per session)
24 sessions = $1080 ($45 per session)
36 sessions = $1440 ($40 per session)
VIRTUAL FITNESS COACH

Do you need someone to hold you accountable?

Working with a group of like-minded individuals all on their own fitness journey you will be supported with personal guidance, a specialized monthly workout plan, and a weekly live workout.
This program includes:
Individual health & fitness assessment
Personal goal setting
Specialized home workouts designed by your fitness coach
Printable workout tracker
Weekly live group workout (will be recorded for those who cannot attend)
Themed content which may include accountability check-ins, recipes, exercise tutorials, motivational videos, fitness tips
Exclusive access to a private Facebook group
